Clinic Operations Director
The Clinic Operations Director is responsible for:
- Clinic Operations & Efficiency. Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and optimal resource utilization. Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure a seamless experience for patients. Monitor and optimize appointment scheduling, treatment processes, and follow-up care.
- Team Leadership & Development. Lead, train, and manage the team at the clinic. Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company’s mission and values. Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous professional development opportunities.
- Financial & Business Management. Manage clinic’s budgets, optimize operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Collaborate with the finance team to oversee billing, and expense management.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance. Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and regulations. Maintain high standards of patient safety, and ethical practices. Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Patient Experience & Satisfaction. Enhance the patient journey by implementing best practices in customer service and care. Address patient concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve service delivery. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors.
- Business Growth & Strategy. Work closely with the marketing team to attract new patients and expand the clinic’s presence. Identify and develop partnerships with local salons, wellness centers, and medical professionals. Support the expansion of clinic services, including new treatments and international collaborations.
Requires: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, 4 years of management experience in medical or health industry plus 10 years of general experience in medical or health industry.
